What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our typical MOQ is one 20-foot container. However, this can be negotiable depending on the product and destination port. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship globally. Our logistics team has experience exporting our commodities to major ports across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. We handle all necessary export documentation.

Can I request a sample of your dried turmeric or charcoal?

Yes, we can provide samples for quality evaluation to serious buyers. Please note that while the samples are free, the buyer is responsible for the courier/shipping fees.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are a 50% down payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and the remaining 50% upon submission of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. We are also open to discussing Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger volume orders.
